About Me
I offer compassionate, practical counselling, drawing on both professional training and a rich depth of life experience. As a qualified counsellor, supervisor, and NZAC full member, I work with individuals, couples, and families, supporting them through challenges such as relationship issues, family violence, grief, addiction, and life transitions.

With a background in community and not-for-profit work, and advanced study in grief and loss, I combine proven therapeutic approaches with real-world understanding. Faith or spirituality can be included in sessions if you choose, but it’s always your decision.

Together, we’ll focus on your goals, using tools, resources, and strategies that help you move towards freedom and healing.
